I would like to thank you for the opportunity you gave me to participate in the LEAD SBI at the University of Michigan this summer. Before I arrived in Ann Arbor I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect, but after the first night I knew I was in for a great three weeks. The classes were engaging and peaked me interest in business, and I can truly day that I now want to study some field of business when I enter college. The LEAD program was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had and I appreciate that you are helping to promote the advancement of minorities in the business world.

Before the academic year begins, I wanted to thank you very much for the experience you've allowed me to have this past summer at LEAD, at Dartmouth. I cannot explain how thankful I am- I met truly wonderful people who I am still in touch with, I learned a great deal about the business world, and I believe LEAD has impacted my student career greatly. The coordinators were excellent as well as the resident advisors. The program was truly the best summer experience I ever had!

I want to personally thank you for letting me take part in such a wonderful experience. I learned so much information on a daily basis that I feel confident as a businessman and entrepreneur in the future. I also learned a lot and enjoyed the Etiquette luncheon at the Four Seasons. Even though my brother and parents laughed at me when I tried to implement some of the strategies, I will still happily show my recently learned skills whenever I have a chance. Among the many things I learned at LEAD is the realization that the University of Pennsylvania is where I’m meant to be. This letter is only an attempt at thanking you because really I could never put into words how much LEAD has helped me.

Thank you for giving me the chance to have a wonderful experience at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. I learned so much about different types of business careers that sparked my interest. The advice I took from this program was to have an open mind. I just got home from LEAD and I wanted to take this time to personally thank you for all of your contributions and hard work in making the LEAD program the best academic experience ever for high school students. Without you and your staff's hard work, the LEAD program would not have been the tremendous success that it was for me and the other participants. Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to attend the LEAD business program. I enjoyed myself immensely throughout the entire three weeks, and I can’t imagine a better way I could have spent my summer. 　I just wanted to thank you personally for your efforts with this year's LEAD SBI at the Ross Business School. With your help and encouragement, I have decided to have a Dual Major in Marketing and Art and Design. Previously I had no real idea of what I wanted to do until LEAD, I had decided preliminarily that I would major in Political Science because of my parent's profession and not because of a true passion of my own. Between the lectures, group project, and corporate visits I realized that I actually had a strong interest in marketing which coincide with my background in the visual arts. So lastly, thank you for your efforts and the LEAD program has had a life changing impact on me, I will never forget it.

As I waited for my acceptance from LEAD, there was a point when I believed I would not get in, so I began to ponder other options for my summer plans. I actually learned I was accepted when I was checking my cell phone's email in class at school! subsequently let out a scream, and then apologized for having my phone out!

I just wanted to say thank you so much for this great opportunity. LEAD was by far the best experience I have had, and I am grateful for all the knowledge I gained. I don't even know how to express my utmost gratitude. I am currently keeping in touch with many of the seminar presenters, as well as all my fellow LEADers! Currently we are all in talks of planning a reunion in Puerto Rico! When I talk about all the amazing opportunities I had at LEAD with my parents, my mom interrupted me and said, "That was the best experience for you." It was totally worth it, I would do it all again in a heartbeat.
