PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is one of the world's largest professional services firms. It was formed in 1998 from a merger between Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand, both formed in London.

PwC (gold sponsor) joined LEAD in 2005. Since that time, the company has supported the program in a variety of ways. PwC has sponsored LEAD Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania, LEAD Johnson at Cornell University, LEAD Kellogg at Northwestern University, and LEAD at the University of Illinois. The company has also provided PwC executives to speak in front of approximately 30 students at partnering universities and offered site visits.

LEAD in turn, has promoted the PwC eXceed Scholarship and invited alumni to apply for full-time employment within PwC’s.
