Exxon Mobil

The Exxon Mobil Corporation, or ExxonMobil, is an American oil and gas corporation. It is a direct descendant of John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil company and is the world's largest publicly traded company when measured by market capitalization.

Exxon (gold sponsor) has been a major contributor to LEAD for over 20 years. The company has supported the organization in a variety of ways, beginning with a partnership between LEAD and the University of Texas at Austin. Today, Exxon teaches a symposium on energy policy for the LEAD program at the University of Virginia.

A staunch supporter of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, LEAD considers Exxon a champion sponsor. Exxon has been supporting LEAD’s mission longer than any corporation in their industry.
