Credit Suisse executives give a keynote speech in front of approximately 30 students at each LEAD Summer Business Institute at Penn and Cornell. Additionally, senior officials partake in a stock market game to excite and educate the students.

LEAD promotes Credit Suisse investment banking full-time analyst positions to its alumni, along with Credit Suisse diversity partner case competitions, and the Americas Diversity & Inclusion Summer Internship.
